One of the ways for a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the peculiarities of the underwater world is scuba diving with a mask and fins (snorkeling). A more difficult option is immersion. All resorts offer diving courses for those who do not yet have a scuba diving certification. Maldives offers many places for snorkeling and diving. You can choose blue lagoons or small islands where you can swim along coral reefs or among shipwrecks. The central site of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve in Baa Atoll, Hanifaru Bay is a vital breeding ground for manta rays and whale sharks, where you can spot these incredible marine giants while snorkeling. The best time to visit manta rays is from May to November; whale sharks can be seen here throughout the year. Situated to the west of the capital, in a luxurious reef-dotted lagoon, Ari Atoll is renowned for its superb diving and star-studded beaches. The composition of the water in the lagoon is rich in nutrients, and the water creates a favorable habitat for ocean creatures, therefore attracting divers from all over the world. South Ari Atoll, a Marine Protected Area, remains one of the best places in the world to see whale sharks year-round. North Ari Atoll is famous for its hammerhead sharks, although they are much more elusive and require a deep dive to see them. A small natural atoll of Rasdu, located in the northeast of Ari Atoll, and the only island of Thoddoo, which houses colorful boarding houses, attracts tourists on a budget in search of an inexpensive diving holiday. The crystal clear and warm blue waters provide incredible visibility so there is no need to dive in a wetsuit. Maaya Thila is one of the most famous spots in the Maldives and is one of the top 10 dive sites in the world. The most amazing part of Maaya Thila is the reef rock that descends to a depth of more than 30m, covered with magnificent corals and surrounded by an incredible variety of marine life. This is a natural gift for divers who study the beauty of the underwater kingdom. Maaya Thila is one of the most famous spots in the Maldives and is one of the top 10 dive sites in the world.

SIXTH REASON TO FLY TO MALDIVES

TRANSFER BY HYDROPLANE

When tourists arrive at Male airport to transfer to their preferred island resort, it is necessary to use a speedboat (for nearby resorts) or seaplane and domestic flights for islands that are located away from Male. A seaplane is a small aircraft with 12 seats which are operated by the famous barefoot pilots! A seaplane can only take off and land at sea. Seaplane flights operate only during daylight (sunrise to sunset) and in relatively good weather. The flight takes place at a lower altitude than normal flights and you will have an incredible opportunity to enjoy every island and every atoll on the way to your desired island! A sea plane is very safe as it can land even if both engines are not working! Seaplane transfers are one of the most exciting and exciting trips over the Maldives. There is something fabulous about flying over the Maldives and seeing a magical array of coral islands below, creating an extraordinarily beautiful pattern when the deep ocean touches sandbanks and coral reefs.

Раньше Мальдивы казались такими далекими и недосягаемыми, но как оказалось, все настолько легко и просто, когда работает прекрасная команда профессионалов и помогает тебе во всем: и в выборе отеля и авиалиний, мы выбирали даже специальную еду в самолете, не просто рыбу, мясо, детское, а опции для спортсменов, безглютеновая и т.д. плюс постоянные приятные сюрпризы: включены СПА для двоих, экскурсия на острова, бокал вина к ужину. А ваши апельсинки в шоколаде я до сих пор не могу забыть.

Отдых вообще очень насыщенный. Отель очень понравился, температура комфортная, вкусная еда, красивый океан. Совсем не скучно. Спасибо за рекомендацию и организацию.
